Bindi Dharia practices general commercial real estate law, with a focus on retail and office leasing. She has handled a variety of transactions including purchase, sale, financing and leasing transactions of commercial property throughout the United States.
Bindi recently represented Vornado Realty Trust in connection with leases for the redevelopment of Manhattan Mall, Bergen Town Center in Paramus, New Jersey and Rego Center in Rego Park, New York. Bindi's tenant work includes representing Kaplan, Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc.
Bindi joined Goldfarb & Fleece in March 2007, prior to which she was an associate in the real estate group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
