Pamela S. Leibow practices real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial office leasing, dealing primarily with transactions with respect to property in New York City. She has a wide range of experience in leasing and subleasing matters and has represented both landlords and tenants. Some of the large leasing matters on which she recently worked include Seward & Kissel LLP's renewal lease at One Battery Park Plaza and a new lease with the National Football League at 345 Park Avenue. She also represented Avon in its new headquarters lease at 777 Third Avenue, New York City. Pamela has been involved in numerous leasing transactions relating to retail space as well. In addition, Pamela is a leader on the Goldfarb & Fleece LLP team that handles leasing on behalf of the Rudin family, often supervising and training associates. Pamela has been involved in construction financing as well as general refinancing of office buildings and residential buildings in New York City.
Pamela joined Goldfarb & Fleece in 1997 and became a partner in January 2004. She started her legal career as an associate in the real estate department of Proskauer Rose LLP. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Pamela competed on one of Georgetown's trial advocacy teams, and was a notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
