Steven M. Fenton practices all areas of commercial real estate law. Steve's practice has recently focused on representing both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail space. He has handled a variety of transactions, including purchase, sale, financing and leasing transactions of commercial and residential property throughout the United States.
Steve joined Goldfarb & Fleece LLP in January 2010, prior to which he was an associate at Kelley, Drye & Warren, LLP, and then at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
While attending New York Law School, Steve was an associate editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a Justice John Marshall Harlan Scholar.
