Bindi Dharia practices general commercial real estate law focusing on retail and commercial leasing. She has handled a variety of leasing transactions including representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail contexts within condominiums, shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes, and mixed-use buildings and developments throughout the United States.

Bindi has recently represented the retail interests of several developers in New York City who focus on low and middle income housing, as well as several national property developers in the retail leasing of their malls, strip centers, mixed use centers and street retail. She also represents a variety of tenants in their office, retail, restaurant, and other leasing needs, whether start-up businesses or Fortune 500 companies.

Bindi often speaks on retail leasing matters, including as a lecturer and contributor on behalf of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Bindi joined Goldfarb & Fleece LLP in March 2007, prior to which she was an associate in the real estate group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
