Jordan Lewis practices all areas of commercial real estate law. He has handled a variety of real estate transactions throughout the United States, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financings. Jordan has also represented owners, developers and managers of hotel, condominium, multifamily, retail and office properties in all aspects of day-to-day property and asset management.
Jordan joined Goldfarb & Fleece LLP in August of 2016, prior to which he was the Associate General Counsel for GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., a real estate investment and development company that owns, develops and operates commercial and residential properties throughout the United States. While at GFI, he played a key role in a company-wide reorganization which resulted in a successful $150 million public bond offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Prior to working at GFI, Jordan was an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Oyster Bay on Long Island where he advised the municipality and practiced litigation with respect to zoning, building code and premises liability issues.
