St. Vincent's Hospital Project, Manhattan: The G&F team handled the acquisition by the Rudin family of the 590,000 square foot St. Vincent's Hospital development site in the West Village in Manhattan. This project is one of the largest, most complex and most transformative luxury residential condominium projects in New York City. In addition to the acquisition out of bankruptcy, G&F handled the acquisition and construction financing in excess of a half billion dollars and joint venture agreements with international equity partners.

130 West 12th Street, New York City. Representing the developer in the acquisition, construction financing and filing of an offering plan for a 43-unit luxury condominium in the West Village in Manhattan.

41 Bond Condominium. Representing of the sponsor in the acquisition, financing and preparation of the offering plan for a 7 unit luxury condominium. G&F conducted all closings on the individual units.

397 West 12th Street condominium. Representation of a developer in the acquisition of a property in the West Village at 397 West 12th Street, which included negotiation of construction financing, drafting of an offering plan for the 10-story new construction development consisting of multi floor units, and conducting closings on the individual units

456 West 19th Street condominium. Representation of the sponsor in the acquisition of the property located at 456 West 19th Street, including acquisition of construction financing and preparation of an offering plan for the new construction development of 22 duplex residential units, with commercial and community facility space, as well as conducting closings on the individual units

71-75 Ludlow Street Condominium. Representation of the owner of 71-75 Ludlow Street, New York City, in preparing the condominium offering plan for the conversion of an existing rental building on Ludlow Street and negotiations with the existing tenants, and ultimately conducting closings on the individual units

590 Avenue of the Americas, New York City. Structuring the division of the building occupied by the Foundling Hospital in New York City into a two-unit condominium. One unit will remain with the Foundling Hospital and the second unit will become a New York City public elementary school

47 East 91st Street Condominium. Representation of the sponsor in the acquisition of the site, construction financing and filing of the offering plan relating to the construction of a new condominium at 91st street and Madison Avenue, which incorporated an existing townhouse to create eight full-floor residences and two commercial units

54 Bond Street Condominium. Representation in the purchase of the property, as well as preparation of the offering plan and securing financing for a luxury condominium with three residential units and one commercial unit housed in the historic building formerly known as the Bouwerie Lane Theatre

The Apthorp Condominium. Exclusive representation of all existing tenants in a highly publicized condominium conversion on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, which involved both negotiations with counsel for the sponsor and interfacing with the attorney general's office regarding concerns of existing tenants to secure most favorable terms upon which existing tenants could purchase, and ultimately conducting closings for each of the purchasing existing tenants

35 East 85th Street, New York City. Creation, sale and financing of a high-end retail co-op unit in an existing luxury residential cooperative on Madison Avenue

Acquisition, redevelopment of 79 condominium units consisting of low-rise sections of a luxury condominium from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

111 West 67th Street, New York City. Acquisition and redevelopment of 79 condominium units representing the low-rise section of a luxury condominium, as well as re-offering of units to the public

Savannah, 250 West 89th Street, New York City. Representation of a developer in a 141-unit new construction "condop" building, from plan development and approval to unit closings

Regatta, 21 South End Avenue, Battery Park City, New York City. Representation of developer in creating a new construction leasehold condominium containing 182 units
