CVS: Acquisition of 15 CVS stores in 10 states
Boscov's Department Stores: Fee and leasehold acquisition and leaseback of eight department stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland valued at more than $150 million in a tri-party transaction among our clients, Federated Department Stores and Boscov's Department Stores
Georgia Pacific Corp.: 38 industrial properties in 26 states valued at more than $169 million in a sale-leaseback transaction with Georgia Pacific Corp. and Unisource Worldwide Inc.
A&P: 19 properties consisting of shopping centers, warehouses and freestanding stores in five states, valued at more than $200 million
Sovereign Bank: 127 bank branches and office buildings in five states valued at more than $330 million. The financing was via a 144A public-style bond offering.
Beckman Coulter: 18 buildings with office, lab, warehouse, assembly and light manufacturing space, in three states, valued at $285 million. In addition to our client's conventional financing (which was securitized post-closing), this transaction included a par-forward yen-to-U.S. dollar cross-currency swap to provide Beckman with a 20-year off- balance sheet hedge to its yen revenue exposure.
Colonial Bank: Acquisition and leaseback of 31 bank branches in five states valued at more than $75 million
