St. Vincent's Hospital Project, Manhattan: The G&F team handled the acquisition by the Rudin family of the 590,000 square foot St. Vincent's Hospital development site in the West Village in Manhattan. This project is one of the largest, most complex and most transformative luxury residential condominium projects in New York City. In addition to the acquisition out of bankruptcy, G&F handled the acquisition and construction financing in excess of a half billion dollars and joint venture agreements with international equity partners.
