The firm's staff strives to understand the business goals of each of our clients so our legal representation is consistent with these goals.

Select Clientele: We prefer to keep a highly select client roster in order to ensure that our clients are serviced by the experienced lawyers best suited to their needs. Each matter brought by the firm's clients receives personalized attention from all levels of the firm, from the most senior partners to its junior associates.

Long-Term Representation: As our firm's history illustrates, we seek to represent clients for the "long haul". The stability of the firm and its personnel is a key component of this goal. Unlike the case with larger firms with their high rate of turnover, our clients can expect that the relationships we develop will have longevity. The firm has had only one partner admitted laterally.

High Experience Level: The firm's specialization has enabled Goldfarb & Fleece to ensure that all transactions are performed or supervised by seasoned professionals who not only bring in-depth legal experience, but also practical knowledge of the real estate business to each case.

Flexibility, Responsiveness, and Competitive Fees: As a relatively small firm, unencumbered by a large bureaucracy, we continually reconstitute the resources available to meet a client's changing needs. We stand by our record of providing responsive, efficient service at a competitive cost.

Experience & Staffing: Goldfarb & Fleece has purposely chosen to concentrate in the discipline of real estate and therefore has a high level of expertise in this area. Goldfarb & Fleece has as much, if not greater, depth as most large firms in this arena. Rather than using mostly junior lawyers to work on matters, clients of Goldfarb & Fleece receive far more attention from experienced and seasoned "hands-on" attorneys with reasonable fees. While the partner/associate ratio at larger firms is 1:3 or higher, at Goldfarb & Fleece it has generally been about 1:1.
