Practice Areas:

Jenny Kim practices general commercial real estate law and has handled a variety of transactions including purchase, sale, financing and leasing transactions of commercial property throughout the United States. Jenny has particular expertise in negotiating construction, mortgage and mezzanine loans for office, retail, multi-family and mixed-use buildings and development sites in the New York metropolitan area, as well as other parts of the United States. She is also experienced in negotiating credit lines for real estate companies and their principals. Jenny is the partner in charge of financing transactions for Rudin Management Co. Inc. and oversees the training of associates at Goldfarb & Fleece LLP on financing and corporate matters. Jenny also represents non-profit and religious organizations and schools in connection with real estate transactional and leasing matters.

Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece LLP, Jenny was an associate in the real estate group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
