Lisa F. Siegel manages the firm’s construction contract practice and practices all aspects of real estate law affecting properties both locally and nationally. Lisa’s construction contract practice includes projects that stand alone as well as projects that are part of larger developments or are in connection with a client’s overall management of its assets.

Lisa’s expertise includes representing owners in agreements with architects, engineers, design consultants, design-builders, construction managers, general contractors, project managers and owners’ representatives, for diverse projects such as major office and residential apartment buildings; condominium developments; shopping centers; warehouse and distribution facilities; storage facilities; movie studios; research and development facilities; schools; public/private partnerships; signage; individual private residences including condominium apartments, cooperative apartments, townhouses and houses; build-out of office, restaurant, spa and retail spaces; and elevator maintenance and modernization. In addition, Lisa’s practice includes representing owners and investors on national large-scale commercial acquisitions and financings of triple net leased properties as well as representing developers and owners in shopping center and office leases, sales and acquisitions of shopping centers and office properties, and the development of shopping centers.

Lisa has been with Goldfarb & Fleece LLP since 1988, becoming a partner in 1993. Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece LLP, she practiced in the real estate department of Shea & Gould in New York City.
