Raphael Katz practices commercial real estate law and has experience with representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of various types of commercial real estate.
Raphael joined Goldfarb & Fleece LLP in December, 2018. Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece he was a litigation associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP where he had broad experience working on litigation, real estate, corporate and telecommunications matters.
During law school, Raphael was an active member of Cardozo's tech startup clinic where he provided a wide range of legal and business strategy services to new technology-based companies. He also worked as a corporate law clerk in the Melbourne office of a global law firm, and worked alongside the CEO of a leading adtech startup.
Before his admission to law school, Raphael worked as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Yeshiva University, and as a Legislative Fellow for the Orthodox Union, the nation's largest Orthodox Jewish umbrella organization, providing administrative, legislative and constituent services.
