Soyoung has a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial leasing.  She has represented prominent landlords and tenants in connection with complex commercial leasing transactions covering millions of square feet in New York City and throughout the United States.  Soyoung is a trusted adviser to a diverse clientele, including property owners, real estate investment advisors, private equity funds, hedge funds and other financial institutions with respect to commercial leasing and the wide variety of issues relating thereto.

Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece in April 2013, Soyoung was a corporate associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and then a real estate associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.

  • Retail and office leases for numerous properties and shopping centers throughout the U.S. owned by a registered real estate investment advisor
  • Office and retail leases for initial leasing at 51 Madison Avenue for a life insurance company
  • Garage leases for a major parking company throughout New York City
  • Headquarter and major leases for international investment banks and hedge funds as tenants
