Elina Milshtein practices general commercial real estate law and represents a wide range of clients in financing and commercial development transactions. She also represents landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing.

Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece in 2022, Elina was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she represented lenders and borrowers in negotiating multi-million dollar construction, mortgage and mezzanine loans.
