Jacob Lebovics practices general commercial real estate law and represents a wide range of clients in acquisitions, sales, financing and development of commercial properties. He also represents landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing.
Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece in 2021, Jacob was an associate at Jeffrey Zwick & Associates, PC where he represented developers in commercial real estate matters with a concentration in drafting and filing condominium offering plans with the office of the NYS Attorney General.
