William Gross

Will Gross practices a broad range of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leasing.

Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece in 2026, Will was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP where he represented a wide range of clients in commercial real estate transactions, and represented a veteran pro bono in his claim for benefits from the VA. While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Will was a member of the Law Review and the Dispute Resolution Society where he participated in a national mediation competition.
